WHY REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY?
Repeat Clients
Realtors need new photos for every listing. Once they trust you, they call again and again.
Fast Shoots
Most shoots take less than two hours, meaning you can book multiple shoots per day/week.
Simple Equipment
You don't need a studio or complicated lighting. Just a camera, a wide lens, and tripod.
Predictable Demand
Homes are always being bought and sold. Demand for listing photos never stops.
Hi...I'm Lori Cooper
Photography has been my passion for decades but I always struggled to make a living doing what I love. I tried wedding photography but it was too stressful. I shot portraiture but the studio setup was too expensive. And, I even uploaded thousands of stock images but the income was low and unreliable
Then one day I discovered something interesting. A local real estate agent needed photos for a listing. They didn't care about artistic photography, they just wanted clean, professional images that made the house look good. I agreed to photograph the property and the entire shoot took less than two hours. And here's the cool part, the realtor paid me $250!
Once I realized I could make $125 an hour, I got to work learning everything I could about shooting real estate. I studied and tested which equipment to use, which angles and camera settings work best, how to edit and deliver images and, of course, how to get realtor clients.
Over time, I developed a repeatable business model to build and grow my photography company. But it took years to get where I am today.
Then I realized something important, many photographers face the same obstacles I did when I first started out. They struggle to earn a living doing what they love because they don't have a step-by-step roadmap for success.
So, I put together my experiences (and a degree in training design) and created The Real Estate Photography Business Course to help photographers start a successful business...but in a much shorter timeframe.
If you've ever wanted to turn your passion into profit but didn't know where to start, I invite you to join the course. I think you're gonna love it!
